Group Training

Our classes are varied and designed to cater for the individual in a group environment, we encourage you to work at your own pace and modify exercises to suit each client's needs. From the beginner to the experienced we deliver a session that will suit your level of fitness.

We are not your standard Outdoor Training Group, with only 20 ladies per class we educate you, pay attention to technique and provide a supportive environment. Plus, for those who find running a challenge we have Bikes to use for your cardio component. We have a large range of equipment available for your use, located on a park with a Small PT room and Office, Toilet facilities plus an undercover area and Hall to use when required - we very rarely have to cancel a session due to weather! And in the rare circumstance when this does happen, we do our best to ensure the class still goes ahead online through Zoom.

MIXXIT FIT

During these classes, we like to mix it up and surprise you by delivering a variety of strength and cardio exercises in an ever-changing format such as Work at your own pace, Timed, Tabata and Hitt classes whilst using a wide variety of equipment and your own body to give you an all over workout. These classes are adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities.

We also include some themed sessions to add an element of fun to our sessions. 

BOX FIT

BOX FIT provides a fantastic cardio workout that changes every week with different combinations to keep you on your toes and your heart rate up. Boxing is a great stress reliever and so much fun that it makes you forget how hard you are working.

Circuit FIT

This class is for those who like a good weights session, training to improve muscle strength, power and endurance in the great outdoors.

Cardio Core FIT

Our Cardio/Core FIT class focuses on the four main muscles that we commonly refer to as our Core: the transverses and rectus abdominis and the external and internal oblique muscles and also includes the pelvic floor muscles and the multifidus which runs along your spine. It also includes cardio bursts throughout the session.

This class is the perfect place to start if you: have not exercised for a while, if you suffer from back pain or have weak abdominal muscles. The class is also suitable if you are pregnant or had a baby in the last year, have a weak pelvic floor of which symptoms are; frequent urination, incontinence or sneaky wee (such as when you cough, sneeze, run or jump or a diastasis recti, which is separation of the rectus abdominis muscle.

HiiT

A faster pace style workout using the HIIT style. Don't let this put you off coming to the session if you don’t think you can keep up. You can take longer between workouts if you need to.

We can also adjust the workout to suit your body, if an exercise does not work we can give you an alternative.

Cycle & Lift

This is a great session where we use the bikes to get a cardio workout whilst having less impact on your joints. You are still outdoors enjoying the fresh air.

We give your bottoms a little rest and get off the bike and do an upper body workout. Since introducing this class it has become very popular with our clients.
